My fascination with the ocean and passion for surfing motivated me to earn my B.S. in Ocean Science at UC Santa Cruz. I currently manage the Service Department at Allterra Solar, a locally-owned community-oriented solar installer based in Santa Cruz. My role involves overseeing all aspects of post-installation service, maintenance, and support for our solar products and systems. I coordinate a team of professionals to ensure timely response and resolution to customer inquiries, technical issues, and maintenance needs. I collaborate closely with other departments to optimize service processes, develop service strategies, and implement quality assurance measures to guarantee customer satisfaction. My responsibilities encompass developing service schedules, managing resources effectively, and continuously improving service delivery to uphold the company's reputation for excellence in the renewable energy sector.My department is also responsible for the development and implementation of Allterra's Customer Support Program.
