Since graduating in 2004 from Cornell University in the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management I have spent my professional career exclusively in the senior living industry and have developed an expertise in real estate investments, urban-infill development, strategic operations management and healthcare technology and services integration. After 9-years as an Executive with a national seniors housing platform, in April 2016 I launched, Solera Senior Living, based in Denver, Colorado to develop, acquire and manage senior housing properties (independent living, assisted living and memory care). I am passionate about building a disruptive operating platform that will be well positioned to attract, develop and retain the best and most diverse talent, to deliver superior levels of hospitality and culinary services, life enrichment programs and health and wellness services, to design contemporary and engaging environments, to adopt innovative technologies/AI enabled solutions and to integrate value-based healthcare services.
