-Write Phase I and Phase II reports detailing site characteristics and potential environmental concerns at various properties including casinos, car dealerships, and large shopping centers.-Lead Risk Assessor certification from EPA. Conduct residential and commercial lead based paint inspection using an Innov-X X-Ray Flourescence device.-Asbestos Inspector with State of Nevada. -Complete groundwater sampling from gas station and dry cleaning sites. Coordinate with various subcontractors to sample monitoring networks ranging from 7 to 59 wells. -Identify and execute plans to eliminate high-priority invasive plants from various state game areas in southwestern Michigan using pesticides.-Assist the team in multiple habitat modification programs to benefit local wildlife populations.

-Created an application to be sent to the Wildlife Habitat Council detailing past environmental efforts and future plans to be undertaken at the Sears headquarters in Hoffman Estates, IL.-Assisted the Environmental Affairs team in organization of environmental reports and cataloging of data in the online database.
