Planning and teaching classes to certify employees in CPR/AED and Lifeguarding

I am responsible for assisting in employee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and firing. I also perform employee evaluations and interventions when necessary. This position also allows me to assist with planning and implementing our employee satisfaction and retention programs.

As a regional Supervisor i am in charge of managing up to 15 commercial aquatic facilities and their staffs. This job requires me to ensure that the staff of these facilities (ranging from 1-30 employees) are on task and preforming their jobs to the standards of our well regarded company. I am also responsible for making sure these facilities obtain and maintain their yearly operating permit. Finally i ensure that the contract written for each facility is met. This requires me to meet and liaise with HOA, property management companies and facility members
