Hard work, Great Relationships and my amazing Wife and Kids make me the man I am today.I believe in always gaining respect with my work colleagues and clients as it secures a long and strong relationship and in my positions held that is a main attribute.When I say hard work I mean, I will get into the nitty gritty and I am not afraid to say the hard words in my pursuit to ensure store principals and collages achieve there full potential. I am also a big family man, with two boys of my own I want them to learn hard work pays off but at the same time to show passion in what you are doing and to always pursue your dreams. A few of my dreams have been finishing a full triathlon IRONMAN and most recently becoming an Award Winning Photographer.
