About Adam Keogh

I have always had a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit, developed by growing up around the family run business. Following my education, I made the difficult decision to join a corporate rather than the family business. I did so in an entry level role, with the objective of expanding my knowledge about larger businesses. With hard work and a dedication for success throughout my career, I have been able to gain experience in both front and back office leadership, and transformational roles.My current role is leading EMLs Return to Work and Support Services NSW Claims Operations, where our team provide help to employees of NSW who have suffered a workplace injury or illness.I believe my key strengths contributing to demonstrated high level leadership capabilities are;-passion for developing people-keen eye for detail-proven ability in process and business improvement-solid problem solving and analytical skills-ability to see all situations with a logical and rational mind-a deep level of empathy for those suffering an injury whilst at work-a committment to delivering a better customer experience
