My role includes managing staff with good leadership and encouragement to bring the best out of them within a high volume of customers' environment. Furthermore, I am trained to make and design my own cocktails to help the business growth and the reputation of the Joker. More so, I deliver first-class customer service and receive excellent feedback.

My role is as a bartender delivering and performing under pressure to give an outstanding customer service experience. Furthermore, I answer any inquiries and resolve any issues the guests may have.

My role includes serving guests drinks, taking food orders, and taking the food to their table. This includes providing first-class customer service and handling any questions the guests may ask me.

My role included providing first class customer service to people coming into the store. Helping customers to complete their purchase choice, maintain stock availability in order to maximise sales in order to achieve weekly sales and profits goals as set by the store management team. I was also proficient at dealing with challenging customers that came back recent purchases, I would help resolve issues and award credits or refunds as needed.

I worked with the fabrication team to make bespoke items to order, as defined in each project folder. This involved working with heavy machinery. Aluminum sheeting cut to specification, requiring a high level of attention to detail. As a team, we also had to visit customer sites to erect specialist signs and designs. This required a high level of flexibility on working hours due to distance travels, and possible overnight stays for work to be completed.

Working as a security guard I was assigned to the departures team which meant I was responsible for ensuring a smooth transit for customers through to their departure gates. This was helping them understand the required checks that had to be carried out to maintain levels of security. A high level of diplomacy was required when dealing with passengers that may not have traveled frequently to understand the rules that had to be worked to. I had to maintain a high level of awareness in my surrounding to ensure the security of the public and the staff on duty at all times.
