I am the Owner of King Engineering LLC, a multi-disciplined, full-service structural engineering, architectural drafting, building information modeling (BIM), and construction services firm. Since establishing in 2007, the company has provided services on over a thousand residential, commercial, religious, governmental, and industrial projects. Over the course of 16 years of continuous structural and architectural engineering experience I have developed a strong focus on residential conventional and non-conventional construction as well as sustainable design. While offering services on a wide variety of project and construction types, those with a demand for energy efficiency, wise selection of building materials, and long-term sustainability have become my passion. I strive to make certain that every building I design is not only structurally sound and a pleasing work or living environment, but that when the opportunity arises, the project leaves as small of a negative footprint as possible. I hold current professional engineering licenses throughout the Rocky Mountain region.Personally, I strive for a positive work-life balance so I can enjoy time with my family, exercise, and get outdoors whenever possible. My passions are skiing, hiking, backpacking, cooking, gardening, CrossFit, and hanging with friends.
