As a local resident here in San Antonio, I am a troubleshooter/problem solver with superb multitasking and critical thinking skills. My written and oral communications skills have been honed over the past few years running a convention here in San Antonio. During my time with the convention I have become quick on the uptake and great at establishing priorities. I have also become very good at delegating tasks and managing multiple departments. My calm and cool demeanor makes it easy for me to take it easy under moments of extreme stress.My previous employment had me deescalating calls due to complicated issues with members and their accounts which requires immense amounts of patience and tolerance despite misunderstandings. Empathy is a skill that has been within me naturally and doesn't take much effort. I had constant contact with managers and staff through Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom and Skype. I consistently maintain a constant level of professional communication via email and instant messaging. I love innovation and am constantly trying to find ways to improve processes and make them easier and more efficient.
