Trusted Coaches is a program that was developed by a team of youth sports professionals to offer the most up-to-date tools and certifications for active coaches involved with the youth sports community. This online program features Concussion Training, First-Aid Training, Child Safety (Mandatory Reporter) Education and Nationwide Criminal Background Checks. Trusted Coaches simplifies the process of certifying coaches and was also built to assist administrators with the management of the information. Individuals that complete the Trusted Coaches training are listed on the National Coaches Registry. The National Coaches Registry allows parents to check and see if their coach has become a Trusted Coach.The TC program is leading the nation in coaches training and athlete safety.Better Coaches. Specialize in coordinating youth baseball, basketball, wrestling, fast pitch softball leagues and tournaments in the State of Wisconsin. As a non-profit organization we partner and assist local host groups with event planning, volunteer scheduling and event management.The Wisconsin Sports Services (WSS) is an extension of the Minnesota Youth Athletic Services (MYAS) that retains its 501(c)(3) non-profit status based on an educational foundation. The MYAS and WSS collaborate on some youth sports programs in their respective states, however the educational programs that provide the infrastructure to these programs are shared across both organizations. Whether it be facilitating Umpire and Officials Clinics or assisting communities in organizing their own youth sports associations locally, we are here to help those that want to provide a greater opportunities to their children in a positive environment.At the WSS, we also brainstorm and come up with ways to act as the go-to spot for local sports information. We publish an Association Directory for those moving into a new community and need a little direction in finding out who to talk to to get their son/daughter involved. We list Tournament Indexes that allow free advertising for local associations to get the word out for their association fundraiser. We look to be the Central Clearinghouse of Youth Sport Information.I am also the State Director for USSSA Adult Slow-Pitch softball for the state of Wisconsin and have been charged with the responsibility of creating a network of sanctioned leagues as well as regional qualifying tournaments culminating with a USSSA State Tournament.
