Adam is one of the founding Directors of Peru and a Senior Enterprise Service and Technology Architect with 20 years’ experience in the global IT Industry. Adam frequently provides Strategic Sourcing and Procurement advice upon major contracting and investment and has successfully overseen and managed complex IT infrastructures and application environments for a number of key organisations.Since founding Peru, Adam had led various key clients and has continued to build strong relationships to drive repeat business as well as successfully expanding into new accounts. He is passionate about developing people to help advance their own careers as well as ensuring they can contribute to the continued progression and growth of Peru.Adam has ultimate responsibility for the finance function including the financial business plan, options for funding growth and ensuring that the organisation has sufficient working capital.

As a Principal Consultant, Adam delivered and managed a number of strategic CIO and IT advisory assignments for both KMPG and Xantus Consulting, covering Strategy, Sourcing, Architecture and Change Delivery. Additionally, he also operated on an interim basis for a number of clients in senior management roles including Service Portfolio Manager at Heinz and Interim Global Network Architect at Alliance Boots.His architecture capability coupled with IT outsourcing supply side experience, has enabled him to successfully deliver a number of highly complex technical and service projects for major bluechip clients that depend upon the services of major outsourcing providers.

Xhanging Human Resource Services provides BPO HR outsourcing services, Global Mobility, Learning and Development, Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Administration as standalone services. Key clients include: BAE Systems and Selex Galileo.Adam was Head of Technology and Delivery for a division of BPO provider Xchanging. As a member of the Board team, Adam was responsible for the IT operations for existing customers and the transition of services for new customers. The IT services supported a user base of over 50,000. Adam’s team compromised of 15 onshore and 10 offshore staff, performing implementation, system adminisration, system development and technical operations.

CSC is an IT company focusing on providing a range of service from consulting and systems integration to outsourcing to blue chip clients across a wide variety of industry sectors. Adam worked within different areas of the business as part of the graduate scheme, eventually developing to become Lead Network Architect for the BAE Systems and BNFL (British Nuclear Fuels Limited) accounts.
