I am part of a diverse team working in conjunction with State and City Municipalities, on new construction, and re-surfacing contracts. On a day to day basis I am evaluating safety practices of King Asphalt personnel to ensure OSHA guidelines are being followed. I conduct job site inspections to ensure compliance with JSAs (Job Site Analysis) and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). I also evaluate and analyze safety-related incidents essential for continuous improvement of the safety program. Also assist in developing and updating safety policies and procedures. Being a people person helps dealing with any and all issues that may arise on a given workday. I am self motivated to accomplish my goals, and to make sure that everyone is able to go home to their loved ones.
