Delivered the design against very tight deadlines and very stringent technical requirements while leading the team of 10 engineers.- Developed busbar to power cable solution for the onshore wind turbine tower, both for new units and retrofit kit for existing ones. New approach resulted in assembly time reduced by 30% and significant monetary cost savings per tower.- Developed and released a 3D/2D design guideline for the entire company which is used as a official design basis.
