The Center for Special Education Services has provided comprehensive psychological services to the metropolitan Chicago area since 1993. It started as a group of psychologists with experience in the areas of clinical psychology and special education and has provided psychological services to over 25 school districts and special education co-ops.

Center for Psychological Services (CPS) is a Chicagoland based firm that has specialization in staffing special education professionals for school districts in need since 1994. CPS serves school districts by contracting professional work for their therapeutic and testing needs. Responsibilities Include: - Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically; improving management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.- Oversee overall financial management, systems and controls.- Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.- Oversee accounts receivable- Payroll management in coordination with Executive Director- Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.- Moderate website activity- Interact as a mediator between all therapists and the Executive Director.
