I managed the daily operations of an Air Force ground combat unit. This included being a Program Manager for 85 programs and projects ensuring that everything was accomplished on schedule, and within scope and cost.I was also responsible for the integration and collaboration of 150 military members, contractors, and GS employees to make sure that all programs, projects, training requirements, risk management paperwork, and budgets were consistent with both Air Force and organizational standards.

I led the standup of an enduring joint service support capability between the Air Force and the Army. I managed the day-to-day administrative functions of manpower, schedules, training, and budgets in order to meet the project deadline. This included having direct oversight of the accountability, usage, and preventive maintenance of over $18MIL in equipment and a 15-vehicle fleet.Also, I taught both Air Force and Army service members the proper tactics, techniques and procedures to safely and effectively integrate various weapon systems into the joint military environment. Along with this, I taught how to integrate and manage airspace in order to ensure weapon system sustainability.Other responsibilities I had included being the Program Manager for the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, and the Program Manager for the Government Travel Card (GTC) program for five years.For the GPC program, I was financially liable for the oversight of a total of 15 cardholders with a budget of several hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for daily operational costs, and a near-limitless deployment budget (needs-based). I had to ensure all purchases were legal and appropriate per the guidance passed into law by Congress.For the GTC program, I was responsible for approving and disapproving business trip requests, itineraries, and travel vouchers. Each year I had oversight of up to over a half a million dollars in travel funds.

I was handpicked to modernize the way the Logistics functions of my organization coalesced with the Operations functions--the two sections had distinct, but interdependent objectives. The environment consisted of Vehicle Maintenance, Radio Maintenance, Supply, HVAC, Power Production, Information Technology and Cyber career fields that each had multiple projects running at the same time. The scope of the projects ranged from tasks supporting individuals within our organization, to large tasks for our organization as a whole, to national-level tasks that created changes in multi-million dollar Air Force-wide systems and procedures. I utilized modified SCRUM techniques and Servant Leadership to build lasting change.

I supervised 31 employees where I was charged with overseeing their training, daily schedules, and ensuring all their projects and programs were properly completed a timely manner.I was also a liaison for the Air Force to local Army command staffs. I integrated multi-million dollar Air Force combat systems into the Army's ground maneuver plans.

I had oversight of over $30MIL in vehicles and equipment.
