- Overseeing and coordinating the invoice review process for a designated region.- Driving process improvements and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.- Reviewing and refining procedures to ensure optimal performance and compliance.- Providing guidance, training, and support to team members on the invoice review process and debit memo request (DMR).- Preparing and analyzing monthly reports, identifying issues, and resolving discrepancies.- Reporting on the invoicing processes to optimize financial outcomes and maximize profits.- Monitoring the automation of processes to ensure smooth and effective operation.

- Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals.- Generate Purchase Orders in SAP for service contracts and demand services acquired from non-PerkinElmer service providers.- Monitor and follow up on all Purchase Order requests and related inquiries.- Track and document cost savings, including credits and negotiated discounts.- Ensure receipt of service documentation from suppliers, maintaining accurate records.- Review, process, and approve vendor invoices for timely payment.- Identify and allocate out-of-scope costs to be charged back to customers.- Initiate and process Debit Memo Requests to customers as needed.- Collaborate closely with suppliers and Quality Assurance teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.

- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve issues through email and telephone communication, covering Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.- Collaborate with the processing and payment teams to ensure seamless operations.- Verify and validate the accuracy of data presented on vendor invoices.- Analyze and reconcile supplier bank account information to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Manage and resolve technical issues related to the invoicing and payment processes.

-Manage staff working in Goods-in,-Co coordinating deliveries and floor space,-Receiving and checking products received in correspondence with delivery notes and weight,-Create invoices from orders,-Making sure all paper work is correct and traceable,-Overseeing MCG, upkeep of all data, adding new data,-Monitor stock management system and make sure it is updated accordingly to reflect accurate stock levels,-Ensure that stock rotation is done regularly to minimize wastage,-Implement and up keeping of procedures for daily tasks such as cleaning, freezing and defrosting,-Identify staff ability and commence with training where needed,-Deal with all queries and complaints and report outcome to board,-Ordering of stock, packaging and raw materials,-Monthly and daily stock reports,-Contacting supplier’s concerning quality issues, quantity issues and date issues,

-Creating and designing gardens,-Cultivation of plants,-Cascades construction and irrigation system,-Ordering goods,-Handling garden machines,

-Deliveries-scheduled/booked-in as required and unloaded in a timely manner,-Loading vehicles with product, filling in protocol information file, checking temperatures of the product are at acceptable levels,-Introduction of products to the database,-Cooperation with the production department,-Making invoices,-Coordinating the work of the department of supply,-Ozone Tunnel service,-Supplementing protocols-Stock checks,-Training new staff.
