Adam Kutinsky is the managing member of KUTINSKY PC, which exclusively represents policyholders and other parties involved in disputes with insurance companies. Prior to representing policyholders, Mr. Kutinsky spent 20 years representing insurance companies and advising their adjusters and claim managers. His prior experience includes serving as a leader of the insurance coverage practice at one of Michigan's largest law firms and as chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan Insurance & Indemnity Section. Mr. Kutinsky is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a designation reserved for only 1% of all practicing attorneys in each jurisdiction. He also maintains the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®), the highest level of education attainable in property casualty insurance and held by only a handful of Michigan attorneys in private practice.
