Leading the seminars of Sports Management, Marketing and Economics

We provide services in the area of alocation of Financial sources, Marketing and Management and People (FMP) for organizations interested in sports (cities, clubs, sportsmen and many more).

My task is to alocate, activate and coordinate almost 200 volunteers for the European Youth Games of Disabled.

My task was to manage the areas of club organization processes, marketing and PR, administration of national and international transfers, service for the players (visas, accomodation, other necessarities), communication with city deputies, partners, clubs and other organizations, but also match organization and management, event management and marketing in the club.

International tournament of Ice-hockey youth teams from 6 countries, the main task is to find the HR, coordinate them before and during the Hockey Cup and prepare perfect service for the teams.

Task of the internship was communication, administration, organization and preparation of all the processes during the U21 European Rugby Championships in Brno and Vyškov. I helped the national organizational team and the national team of Latvia.
