Team member successfully completing the relocation of Iluka mineral sands processing plant ahead of schedule. Specialist engineering role providing:- Structural module and equipment weight analysis for generation of lift studies. - Analysis of drawings to determine structural bracing requirements and sequencing.- Tagging and tracking of modular crane lifts.- Liaison with structural engineering services to achieve module strength analysis, design and location of lifting lugs, and lift approvals.- Photographic library for the purposes of progress reporting, engineering technical queries, lift reporting and quality control.- Comprehensive data pack for the customer including structural analysis, weight calculations, lift studies, photos and lift reports for four separate processing plants, two mining units and associated stockpiling apparatus.- On-site IT support.The implementation phase of the project involved three months on-site work in Ouyen Victoria.

Key responsibilities:- Develop test procedures to exercise a complex system of aircraft and ground support equipment for evaluation against customer acceptance requirements.- Develop analysis reports for verification of requirements against military, engineering and human factors standards.- Perform analysis and documentation of formal test results.- Produce analysis papers on test environment instrumentation to determine achievable system performance.- Execute peer and formal review processes on all deliverable documentation.- Collection and presentation of dry-run and formal test metrics for reporting to management and customer.- Form strong collaborative relationships with internal and international external partners and customer to achieve project goals and schedule milestones.- Report and investigate system change proposals against engineering design specifications and drawings.- Maintain system and documentation configuration management records.- Comply to requirements of the mandated security clearance level and the security classification of information, equipment and facilities.- Uphold the company code of ethics, functional and operational procedures and policies and OH&S responsibilities.

- Digital design team member developing Verilog hardware description language test benches for verification of large-scale integrated circuit functionality and timing analysis.- FPGA technology evaluation for prototyping.- Assembly code to exercise modem and processor interface.- Investigation of SiGe low noise amplifier topologies at 2.4 – 5 GHz.- Participated in project conception, definition and architectural specification phases.
