In my previous job i worked as an Assistant Steward at a private members club, this would convert to the role of an Assistant Manager in public establishments. I oversaw, directed and managed staff while on shift with whatever they needed, be it support for work or mental support for problems that various members of staff would come up against in a hostpitality venue. Other tasks included cashing up, security checks, general maintenance, making sure the business ran efficiently and smoothly and administration and clerical duties including finance and banking, data entry, stock auditing and ordering and liasing with various organisations.The Direct Interface role with dealing with customers also played a major part in my previous work.I am currently working in the role of Accounts Payable Assistant at Morplan in Harlow and am using my skills learned throughout my time at work and private life (computer skills, clerical skills etc) to good effect.Learning new skills and progressing plays a massive role in my mindset.
