Currently the Retail Store Manager of a BP petrol station, Marks & Spencer convenience store and Wild Bean Café. Responsible for day to day running of all aspects of the business including, meeting targets and KPIs, labour, controlling costs, stock management, payroll, recruitment, customer service, training and Health and Safety. Delivered 31% YOY growth for year ending 2016.Became the ‘people lead’ meaning I am responsible for the recruitment and training of new managers to the business covering eighteen stores in the area and ensuring stores are equally balanced and performing with the teams they have.

Opened a brand new site which consisted of recruiting all staff and ensuring they were fully trained during a four week period for when the store opened and also supported the managers of two other sites during preparations for their store openings by assisting with their recruitment process and ensuring company best practice was followed. Once opened I managed the store for business as usual to ensure revenue targets were exceeded in year two in line with business plans. Became the 'training lead' for all positions in the area which covers 17 stores and ensured all mandatory training was completed along with further development and courses and for all staff.

First store manager role where I developed personal skills, stock and waste management along with being fully responsible for the profit and loss, costs, recruitment for the site. Areas of business include multi branded retail site, fuel, car care and fresh food. Became certified in health & safety, fire & first aid and food safety level 3.
