With over 10 years of experience in the aerospace/manufacturing industry, I am a passionate and driven proposal manager at Raytheon. I have a diverse background in operations, quality, and aviation maintenance, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set to coordinate and deliver high-quality proposals for the Advanced Product Center. I hold FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificates, working towards a master's degree in business administration, and have an executive certificate in business administration. I am motivated by the mission and vision of Raytheon, and I strive to contribute to the innovation and excellence of the organization.As a proposal manager at Raytheon, I work with interdepartmental teams to complete new business proposals for the Advanced Product Center. I create executive level presentations to present to Raytheon leadership and the customers, and use data analysis to form the basis of estimates for the proposals. I interface with the customer as the main point of contact for the Advanced Product Center, and ensure that the proposal activities are on track to hit the project schedule on time. I also ensure that the proposals meet company and government requirements. I leverage my skills in supervision, aerospace, and quality assurance to lead and support the proposal team, and to deliver proposals that meet or exceed the customer expectations.
