I achieved this by:Regular Content Posting: Consistently publishing the latest news from across the Premier and First Division to ensure my followers were finding out the information from my page.Audience Engagement: Actively interacted with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a connection between my page and its followers.Competitions: I gave away tickets to the FAI Cup Finals over the years in exchange for users tagging and sharing the page with their friends. This method was highly successful in attracting new people to the page as LOI Media would gain hundreds of followers around the time of the competition being ran.User-Generated Content Promotion: I would reshare any stories the page was mentioned in on matchnights from followers at different stadiums around the country.Player Interviews: I conducted several interviews with League of Ireland players, incorporating questions that fans directly sent to me via direct messages. This approach allowed me to engage the fanbase by addressing their interests and providing them with insights into the players' experiences, thoughts, and personalities.Matchday Coverage: Provided live updates from the matches I attended that included videos of the atmosphere, score updates and full time scores.

I also upload match highlights via YouTube, which are displayed on the homepage to enhance fan engagement and provide additional context for articles that would be too long for social media use.Fixture & Results Management: I make sure that match schedules and results are consistently updated and easily accessible for fans, with the most recent result and the next fixture prominently displayed at the top of the homepage.Merchandise & Ticket Sales: I design graphics for upcoming fixtures displaying key information to help boost ticket sales and manage a dedicated Club Shop section. This directs fans to a page where they can easily browse and purchase the latest club merchandise, from jerseys to leisurewear, helping to increase club revenue and deepen fan engagement.Useful Information: I provide helpful articles, including supporter guides with essential details like stadium policies, parking options, and public transport tips. I also create easy-to-follow guides, such as a "How to Download Our Mobile Ticketing App" tutorial, to simplify the process for fans downloading their tickets and enhance their overall matchday experience.

    When I joined Athlone Town AFC in 2020, they had very little social presence as they had no dedicated Social Media Manager. Additionally, the usernames across different platforms were inconsistent. My first priority was to unify these usernames under @athlonetownafc to make it easier for supporters to locate the club's social media pages.Graphics: I created visually appealing graphics for matchday announcements, player profiles, and promotional campaigns using design software Adobe Photoshop. I ensured that all graphics aligned with the team's branding and color scheme to maintain a cohesive look across all platforms. I was able to improve the overall quality of these graphics each season as I got more and more familiar with the software.Videos: I produced short highlight reels of behind-the-scenes and game footage that was appropriate for TikTok . I edited these videos for various platforms, mainly using CapCut but also Adobe Premiere Pro.Written Content: I wrote compelling captions, and brief discriptions to keep the supporters engagement levels high. Previously there was too much text in captions of posts and I was informed by some supporters that they were unable to get through it all. Coverage: My role was to try and give as much coverage to each of the club's teams as possible. Between the Senior Men's, Women's and six underage teams that were all representing the club at National level.Match Programme: I assisted the club in creating a Match Programme for the 2020 FAI Cup Final against Dundalk FC. It was a unique opportunity for the club to reach this stage in the competition, and I thoroughly enjoyed being part of the process.Miscellaneous Jobs: I frequently assisted with various roles that needed to be filled on match days. These responsibilities included making stadium announcements and creating team sheets.
