Working with Kent County Council and private clients in the Kent area. Booking in work for electricians, ordering parts for booked jobs, invoicing, managing the tender return list, updating the job logic system daily, Confirmations, Filing, N.I.C certificates, building control certificates and general administration

Duties include - Advising customers on there rent and council tax accounts for example on how much they owe and how they could keep up with instalments etc, Taking payments for rents and council tax, Filling out forms for various tasks including moving customers in and out of the borough, Deceased persons notifications, changing of addresses, exemptions and charge adjustments. I also take switchboard calls and complaints. Computer programmes that I can now use include - Northgate, Anite, Paris, Oracle, Inform and CSV.

Duties include - Shop floor layout and presentation, Merchandising stock, Window displays, Graphic hanging, Mannequin dressing and internal shop displays. I was also sent to various stores to assist with shop re-fits and new store openings including - Romford, Bromley, Liverpool and Tralee in Ireland.
