About Adam Lenhard

Personally, first and foremost, I am a husband and a girl dad. Lover of martial arts, dogs, and pizza. Acceptance of mediocrity is tragic. You never know until you reach for it. Dare to be great and destroy expectations.Professionally, I am a cleared Personnel Security professional (TS/SCI, SSBI) with twelve years of experience to include military service in the U.S. Army and in the civilian arena. I have employed my strong leadership skills combined with my extensive knowledge of personnel security tools in support of various DoD clients such as the DHS HQ, DARPA, OUSD(I), DCSA (formerly DSS), and NBIS. My aptitudes extend to capabilities in the area of Continuous Evaluation (CE), Continuous Vetting (CV) as well as the evolving vision for the DoD clearance reform to Trusted Workforce 2.0 where I have significant knowledge dealing with the policies, procedures, and objectives of the mission space. These skills coupled with my ability to perform duties methodically and analytically has successfully allowed me to accomplish critical mission objectives both in and outside the military. I am also well versed in Defense Security Enterprise operating activities and missions (physical, personnel, operational, industrial, and information).
