- I managed development and execution of change projects in Eagle Ford, TX.- I directed the Andium Camera Deployment Project in BPX Energy’s Eagle Ford Asset.- I deployed 350 infrared and optical cameras resulting in savings of greater than $3M/year.- I oversaw the installation of 300 flare monitoring devices across the Eagle Ford Asset, removing 250 daily gauging events and flare inspections.- I designed and led change training to create and align vision, mission and measures with corporate goals.- I took control of a failing communication network upgrade project in Eagle Ford, TX. I also drove the successful deployment of a system which will remove more than $2M in automation costs per year.- I led the redesign and management of emissions detection, utilizing drone technology. Cut emissions by 88.6% on sites actioned across the asset.

- I drove a 25-person team of instructors and support personnel in education, training, screening and evaluation of over 150 Marine Officer Candidates during each 10-week training cycle. I also implemented standardized training for 80 staff members at Officer Candidate School.- I streamlined the training process, improved proficiency, enhanced interoperability, and upgraded administrative support for candidates. - I completed three training cycles as Company Executive Officer at the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidates School. Resulted in the successful graduation of 450-plus lieutenants.- I received commendation from commander as “epitome of excellence.”

- I led two platoons of 66 students each during 6 months of training and contributed to graduation of 85 second lieutenants at Officer Candidates School.- I trained 300-plus prospective officers successfully. I also led two student teams during the Wharton Quantico Leadership Venture, developing the leadership and decision-making abilities of eight Wharton Business School Students as they prepare to enter the business world after graduation.

- I led a 50-person team during 18 months of pre-deployment training and 6-month deployment as part of 1,200-person Marine Expeditionary Unit. - I planned and resourced 50+ training events for 150-person company and 600-person battalion. - I maintained and managed $20 million of equipment. Advised four Company Commanders and Battalion Commander on tactical employment of $20 million of heavy weapons systems.- I was rated by commanders as “top lieutenant” seen in 22 years and “best” of 20 platoon leaders with “unmatched” leadership.

- I directed 35-person team training in US and during 6-month deployment to Okinawa, Japan. Organized and led infantry training with foreign military forces in Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. - I planned and led over 20 field training events.- I led the training, evaluation, and bilateral instruction of a Platoon of Republic of Korea Marines in urban operations, which resulted in 35 Korean Marines being able to conduct complex platoon-sized attacks alongside US Marines. I also led the bilateral training and instruction of a 27-person Philippine Marine Platoon, conducting complex squad supported operations. This resulted in the successful execution of four live-fire operations involving both US and Philippine Marines.- I developed and executed humanitarian relief operations training for 150 Marines as the acting Company Commander. This resulted in the successful completion of nine non-combatant evacuation operations.- I implemented a standing operating procedure for evacuation operations, utilized by more than 400 Marines in the battalion for training missions.- I was noted by Company Commander as "#1 of 5 lieutenants" reported on.
