In 2014 I won the UKDFBA Mens Physique Layne Norton Classic UK Competition. This is a fully drug tested competition, giving me the title of one of the best natural mens physiques in the UK that year. Although I'll never compete again, this was a great experience and I learned a lot about fat loss, training and nutrition during training for this event.
