As the Manager of Quality Control, I like to make sure that every aspect of company compliance and customer service is the best it can be. Through the auditing of agent phone calls and one-on-one training, I like to make sure each employee is fully aware of the best procedures and practices to provide our clients with an over-the-top experience of great customer service and compliance.
