As the Coordinator and main leader of PPIDK Asia Oceania, I lead a team of over 100 members across various directorates and bureaus, driving initiatives that benefit Indonesian students throughout the region. In this role, I am responsible for coordinating the efforts of all heads of PPI (Indonesian Student Associations) across Asia and Oceania, representing a student body of approximately 37,000. My focus is on fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and ensuring effective communication to support the academic and personal development of Indonesian students in this vast region.

As Head of the Education and Culture Department, I lead impactful initiatives that promote education and cultural exchange on a global scale. Our department successfully published a book written by students from around the world, fostering international collaboration. We have engaged over 600 participants in Mandarin and Hindi language programs, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate. Additionally, we provide scholarship mentoring for students across Asia-Oceania, including Japan, New Zealand, Thailand, Korea, and Australia. We also promote Indonesian culture globally and introduce diverse Asian cultures to Indonesia through engaging social media content and webinars, fostering cross-cultural understanding.

Adam is the CEO of OYI, where he is in charge of developing, establishing, implementing, and communicating OYI’s strategy.

Adam has been working on various molecular analyses, such as cell culture, flow cytometry, proteomics, cell cycle, and apoptosis.

The position was responsible for helping the student to work in tissue and cell culture laboratory. I was responsible to teach about how to conduct tissue and cell culture and also how to analyze it. I taught them about how to isolate, cultivate, propagate, and harvest the culture. The analysis that I taught including apoptosis, proliferation and antibody analysis.

The national and international achievements in the scientific field by 40%. The candidates for the ministry research grant increased by 88%. The registrar of organization members increased by 145%.
