Provide consecutive, simultaneous, and telephonic interpretation and sight translation between Mandarin and English for Department of Justice (DoJ) Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) court cases including master calendar and individual merit hearings.

• Designed and conducted 7 remote moderated usability tests to understand the experience & perceptions of Hungryroot’s new subscribers, leading to 85% satisfaction rating amongst new subscribers.• Created and executed a user research plan, including recruiting, screening and interviewing of usabilityparticipants and moderating usability testing.• Managed and analyzed data collected from usability testing participants, identifying patterns andbehaviors that influenced the development of a more engaging subscriber journey.

• Collected and analyzed user behavior through user interviews, contextual inquiry and server logs to identify users’ pain points in making donations on the website.• Conducting usability testing by collaborating with stakeholders to understand users’ interaction with the website• Re-designed the donation web-application on Figma and Flipcause.

Helped clients identify user pain points and find solutions by implementing design thinking five steps: research discovery, ideate, prototype and test. • Working with current employer, The LGBT Asylum Project, to redesign the donation web application and increase proficiency of new intake process on the website and mobile app. • Worked with Edtech company, GoGuardian, to increase user confidence and product satisfaction by redesigning and simplifying policy implementing and onboarding processes for K12 school IT administrators. • Expanded an athleisure lifestyle brand, Outdoor Voices, by redesigning the virtual class web application with a “mobile-first” approach.
