This service creates defined rooms and spaces by using SPS's stunning range of hire furniture and accessories strategically placed in the home by the team of property stylists to create an immediate emotional response as a buyer walks through the front door. It is an extremely influential tool that in most cases generates competitive offers on a property over that of the asking price. Consultations are also available to those wanting improvements but not selling.SPS has been operating in Hobart since 2006, initially as a consultancy to assist people living in their property review and understand what can be done to improve the ways buyers engage with the property.With a 5 year goal to own an inventory of furniture and accessories to hire out, within 6 months it was determined that there was a niche in the market. SPS has managed to self fund its growth since.Warehousing this stock was initially at the Director's residential property but SPS has moved four times now and occupies an almost 900m2 space.The directors, Adam and Donielle Luttrell, both have a passion for styling. After visiting numerous open homes it was discovered that homeowner's presentation was typically lacking. There was a lot of room for improvement. The business was started to help home-sellers avoid leaving money on the negotiating table and achieve a premium selling price.The directors wanted to start a new business and a new industry in Tasmania as there was an obvious niche. The end goal was to create a mind shift in the way homes are presented to the market and improve the impression of Tasmanian homes nationally.
