TPM prides itself on providing membership services that provide value and assist the wood products industry in being pofitable.This include Employee Benefits, Human Resources, Employment Law, Grants, Legislative, and Environmental and Health and Safety. The position supervisors and works toward building a culture focused exclusively on providing valuable business services for the members of the wood products industry.Work with consultants on governmental issues as they relate to the wood products industryImplement and provide ancillary services that include, but are not limited to Life/Disabilty, EAP programs, 401K programs, Education, Logistics, and other ancillary products for the members of the wood products industry.Manages and provides direction through a interdisciplinary team process of a self-funded multi-employee welfare arrangement for 12,000 plus employees and 187 employer groups.

Western Region
