Developing privacy preserving federated machine learning solutions at a startup serving national security and healthcare clients. This allows organizations to process machine learning models without revealing or relocating their data, which opens machine learning improvements to untapped markets with privacy requirements.∙ Designed a data storage solution to enable ML models to be distributed across thousands of satellite sites, using a capability study including MLFlow, Determined AI and BentoML, evaluating across 12 dimensions.∙ Integrated MLFlow into the master pipeline by architecting an efficient datastore structure, created and managed the initial MLFlow server with bucket storage on GCP, developed custom pipeline data logging to meet unique privacy requirements, and developed the command line interface by leveraging best practices with Click.∙ Created a pipeline to output a trained ML model with model performance analysis from a CSV dataset and input parameters by leveraging Tensorflow 2 and Keras.∙ Created an unsupervised ML model to cluster unstructured text documents with Huggingface BERT, Tf-Idf, UMAP, sklearn and hdbscan to group similar documents by topics.∙ Created a proof-of-concept federated ML model to detect pneumonia in x-ray images by leveraging PyTorch and PySyft. Revealed issues in unbalanced datasets for federated models.

Researching machine learning clustering problems by applying quantum mechanics.∙ Goal is to find possible identification improvements by treating each point as a wave and allowing for interference between data points.
