My responsibilities in this role were:· Win new business by developing technical and commercial proposals for Boiler PF Systems, Milling Systems and Heat Recovery Systems including retrofits.· Support Howden Australia's alliance with Babcock and Wilcox Power Generation Group.· Support the definition, planning and management of all HAU initiatives and other internal projects, in line with Howden Project & Change Management methodology and established governance, ensuring the delivery of objectives and benefits as early as possible while maintaining an acceptable level of risk to the business. · Ensure the effective tracking and reporting of deliverables, benefits and costs as identified and agreed in HAU Internal project business cases and project definition documents. · Preparation of clear and definitive technical and commercial proposals in accordance with defined scopes of supply, specifications, codes and internal standards for steam generating plant combustion systems and large scale fans.· Complete commercial negotiations with clients on all issues including price, delivery, warranty, liquidated damages, General Terms and Conditions to result in a mutually acceptable signed contract.

My responsibilities in this role were:· Manage assigned project elements to ensure the timely, cost efficient and highest quality construction of an access road and associated turbine foundations and other preliminary designs for Taralga Wind Farm.· Ensure project elements are delivered strictly in accordance with company policies and procedures, all applicable Laws, Standards, Codes of Conduct and Legislative requirements, directions of authorised Agencies and Stakeholders. · Manage relationships and interfaces between stakeholders including clients, contractors, service providers and government agencies to achieve project objectives.· Perform the functions of contract management, including the negotiation and management of contracts for Balance of Plant (EPC, D&C, JV, Alliances etc.) and Consultancy Agreements throughout the Contract lifecycle from contractor selection, appointment, ongoing management through to close out. · Accurately report the status of Project elements to external stakeholders, customers and internally; especially with respect to financial and overall progress status.
