Managed own business as a Tetra/Sage Reseller, providing Sage CS/3, Sage Line 500 and Sage 1000 sales, implementation, training, consultancy and support for small to medium sized businesses. Specialised in integrated third party Telesales modules, implementing these for several coffee/drinks suppliers including Lavazza and CaféBar. Also designed and implemented numerous bespoke software solutions.

1988 – 1993: Company Director responsible for over 100 Tetra installations, providing Tetraplan, Tetra 2000, Tetra Chameleon sales, hardware/operation system installation, project discovery, management/implementation, training and support for small to medium sized businesses. 1986 – 1987: Project Manager including 18 months on-site implementing a 16-user Tetraplan running on Zilog Unix (which was Tetra’s largest installation to date), also developing various add-on applications and analysis reports using Informix.1983 – 1985: Systems Analyst learning CPM then PC-DOS based development tools; responsible for developing several database management projects, and associated testing, documentation and user training.
