- Manufacture paint with use of formulations, specialized machinery, and statistics to create batches that are color-matched to the customers specifications- Manage and organize purchase orders and create a production schedule on a weekly basis- Devise methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity- Assist in consumer and business-to-business relations - Oversee production while pushing to decrease lead times for better turnaround for our customers- Ensure alignment with the company's goals, policies and mission

- Managed orders and also labeling, filling and shipping aerosol cans to a variety of customers- Maintained orderly and detailed record of orders to be filled and shipped day by day- Use of machinery necessary to fill paint into aerosol cans, brush top bottles, and pens

- Tasked with everyday upkeep of self-service car wash- Taking out garbage from trash bins and cleaning up dirty wash bays after customer use.- Repaired any faulty spray hoses or water/soap lines.- Communication between myself and customer if they are having issues with the car wash, or are unhappy with their experience.
