Adam G. Marcus is a graduate of Drexel University and the Villanova University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1992. Adam worked in the Media law firm of Kassab, Archbold, Jackson & O’Brien and briefly at the Center City law firm of Blank, Rome, Comisky & McCauley before becoming a founding partner and shareholder of Marcus & Hoffman, PC. Adam has been actively representing Community Associations since the firm's formation in 1999. Adam is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.Adam’s practice focuses in the areas of Community Association representation with emphasis on transition from Declarant control to the Association. In addition, Adam has extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, zoning, land use development and subdivision. Adam currently represents Community Associations throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania in areas related to transition, collections, document interpretation, drafting of amendments and proposed rules, regulations and resolutions.Adam has been a speaker and presenter on various topics relating to Condominium and Homeowner Association law and real estate-related transactions. Adam’s real estate transactional experience includes the representation of individual, corporate, and institutional clients in all aspects of commercial transactions and zoning, from property acquisition through development.
