Working at the Main FBO at EGKB Handling for private/charter flights, ensuring ground services are in place for visiting Aircraft and coordinating very closely with all Airport departments/companies to ensure a seamless operation. FBO One system admin user, Handling Agent and FBO One trainer for all staff, Project Management for the implementation of new system procedures. DFT Aviation Ground Security Operative (Level 1), Security and Counter Terrorist Check cleared, PEMS (Passenger Evacuation Management System) trained, Radio and Apron trained (including airside driving) at Biggin Hill Airport, CAA Dangerous Goods trained, Fire Safety trained, Defibrillator and First Aid Trained, CFMU and FIDS systems, SMS Safety and Risk assessment system (Centrik).

A qualified activity instructor, leading groups of young people between 7 to 18 years old safely through the following activities: abseiling, archery, survival, problem-solving, climbing and orienteering. First Aid trained to work with children.

Welcoming hundreds of guests daily for Trafalgar tours. Offering support whilst in London as well as guidance and suggestions for sightseeing in the London area.Resolving customer issues including flight changes, embassy meetings and hotel rooms. Also ensuring the well-being of guests for the duration of their stay. Worked alongside Hotel Management Staff, Airport Staff and Travel Agents.
