We ensure successful integration and alignment of Advice Centres with RBC's national strategy. The RBC Advice Centre is RBC's client contact centre comprised of 4,500 advisors serving RBC's Credit Card, Investment, Personal and Commercial Clients across Canada and the U.S.-accelerating leadership capability-enabling a superior employee experience-client experience expert-recruitment and onboarding-KPI reporting & dashboard SME-business planning-continuous learning & development-observational coaching expertise-change management and agility-best practitioner leadership routines
