One Alaska is a registered 501c3 nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS. We developed this non-profit organization after witnessing the amplification of hardships that the smaller communities across Southeast Alaska face due to their remoteness. The only way to bring in goods into these communities is via plane or marine transport which can be extremely costly or ultimately unreliable. This is where One Alaska steps in, our goal is to unite these communities and bring Southeast Alaska together. By utilizing a network of volunteers including a fleet of Good Samaritan vessels to transport charitable items and humanitarian aid to communities across Southeast Alaska. Our missions are driven by aid requests that come from community centers, food banks, churches, schools, and a variety of other entities across Southeast Alaska at no cost to the benefactor.
