Manage all aspects of Arcadia’s B2B and B2C SaaS, sustainability and fintech products, including its regulated community solar business, utility data analytics platform and bundled bill pay products. Lead legal team with respect to over $425M in equity and debt fundraising, including Arcadia’s “unicorn” round led by JP Morgan, at approximately $1.5B valuation. Hire and supervise an international team of 7 attorneys and staff to support all of Arcadia's commercial, corporate, and transactional workflows. Conduct 5 strategic acquisitions and divestments, including 2 done entirely in house. Supervise outside counsel and manage legal integration efforts with respect to $200M Urjanet acquisition. Lead IP portfolio strategy, including obtaining Arcadia’s first 2 registered patents and over a dozen trademarks. Plan and implement corporate reorg for tax and regulatory efficiencies. Advise People team on employee matters for a 750+ global workforce. Develop compliance program and chair compliance committee for a highly regulated company. Plan and implement privacy by design framework.

General counsel for media agency providing planning and buying, marketing and advertising services to F100 and F500 clients. Lead in-house counsel since inception. Supervise all aspects of business & legal affairs, helping to establish and run a start-up media agency from pre-launch to 400+ employees in six states with combined media billings of approximately $2B.

Served in the Bureau of Development Policy, in Legal Empowerment practice. Drafted policy note proposing measurement methodology for property, labor and entrepreneurial rights, access to justice and rule of law. Liaison to country offices, assisting development of project pipeline and identification of linkages with Common Country Assessments and the UN Development Assistance Framework.

Drafted budget and proposal, and secured funding for bi-national team project to found Ghana's first clinical legal education program, addressing access to justice, inheritance rights and dispute resolution in rural Ghana. Facilitated launch and implementation of program in Kumasi.
