- Carrying out sensory tests and analyses on products- Assisting in quality assessment of raw materials and ingredients used in production- Analysis of laboratory test results and preparation of reports- Collaborating with the R&D team in the development of new recipes and products- Testing various ingredients and production technologies to improve products- Preparation of technical product specifications- Supervising the production process to ensure compliance with established quality standards- Analysis of current quality control results and recommendation of corrective actions- Communicating and collaborating with other departments, such as production, quality control, implementation technology and the commercial department- Accurately and regularly documenting work progress and test results- Ensuring that all activities comply with applicable food safety and product quality regulations and standards

Responsibilities:- To become familiar with the specifics of working in a biotechnology company and working in an analytical laboratory- acquiring knowledge about methods of food components determination and functional proteins examination- Getting acquainted with documentation of tests and analyses performed in the company (analysis instructions, analysis protocols, archiving of results)- Getting acquainted with operation and maintenance of equipment used in analytical laboratory (e.g. spectrophotometer, pH-meter, weighing machine, HPLC system, protein determination apparatus)- Prepare chemical reagents needed to perform analyses- Independently perform physicochemical and functional analyses (e.g., determination of protein, fat, dry matter, antinutritional compounds, water absorption, solubility tests)- Learning the skills needed to plan, organize and conduct research work- Learning to work in a team
