I am an adventure-seeker by nature and by profession. I left my hometown as soon as I graduated college in search of new adventures and never looked back. Since then, I’ve built a successful career helping companies market and sell their innovative products and services, expand into new territories, and form fruitful partnerships in the retail ecosystem. At Mars Petcare, I grew my territory from southern California to all of western United States, eventually taking over the entire Mars Petcare portfolio generating $100M+ annual revenue. At Kraft Heinz, I not only grew Kraft’s market share in multiple categories, but also impacted people and culture by setting up a corporate management training program and paving the way for active engagement with DE&I initiatives.Today, as the Chief Growth Officer at Insignia Systems, I’ve led a multi-pronged strategy to transform the organization to anticipate the rapidly advancing needs of companies in the retail and e-commerce spaces. I’ve delivered 6 consecutive quarters of growth—the longest period of growth in Insignia’s 30-year history—and positioned Insignia for further growth by rebranding, developing new sales & marketing strategies, and launching new lines of business.Leadership StyleAs a leader, I am committed to helping others grow and develop, a commitment founded in the support I received from my own mentors. My first mentor gave me and the rest of the sales team–a ragtag team of 6 fresh out of college—ample room to fail and learn.
