I have more than 10 years of experience in the field of ERP and related IT consulting. I had already written my two diploma theses at university about ERP implementations, and since then, I have been working as a functional consultant and a project manager on that field. I have implemented ERP solutions for several medium-sized companies and large enterprises, and I have gained knowledge with four different ERP systems during the years: IFS Applications, QAD EA, SAP and Oracle NetSuite. I really enjoy guiding companies during their challenging journey of a successful system implementation and achieving their trust and satisfaction during these projects. After 10 years of external consultancy, I have become an internal player in planning business processes at Maxon International Ltd. which is the worldwide leading provider of high-precision drive systems, founded in Switzerland. Besides ERP, I also have experience in BI consulting (Qlik Sense, Power BI), and some Power Apps and Power Automate implementations. From 2024, I've been actively learning and gaining experiences about AI related technologies and tools (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI etc.) as well. I think of myself as a dependable, purpose-oriented and solution-focused person.In my free time, I like doing sports, and as a secondary job, I also work as a ski instructor. Besides sports, I like watching movies, travelling, reading and playing board games. I also enjoy organizing trips for greater and smaller groups of people.
