Drive the advancement of a pipeline of Distributed Generation solar projects in the MA (SMART) and NY (VDER) markets. Projects range in size from 499 kWac to 5 MWac. In charge of the following development efforts:-Site evaluation: assess prospective development sites for solar suitability based on a range of factors including site conditions, interconnection, and permitting.-Support internal land position efforts: provide dev support to Land team conducting landowner outreach for prospective and existing development sites. Clearly communicate dev priorities, risks, and overall outlook so that colleagues are set up for success with nurturing landowner relationships.-Interconnection: track, advance, and compile interconnection applications and milestones in three separate UST (Eversource MA, National Grid NY, NYSEG). Manage communications between all stakeholders including utility personnel and independent interconnection consultants. Working knowledge of electrical engineering components, documents, and designs.-Permitting: review local permitting application processes, zoning codes, and solar ordinances to confirm and implement a permitting strategy for every project. Represent Galehead and our projects at town meetings. Manage permitting consultant deliverables and project timelines. -New markets/campaigns: set the development guidelines for new campaigns in existing and potential solar markets. For existing markets, refine historical development guidelines to capture additional project potential, especially after the release of new state and federal incentives. For new markets, research, assess, and present the case for entry based on a slate of different factors. -Financial modeling and project management: working knowledge of project financial modeling and timeline/deliverable tracking. -Downstream partner support and project development: run site selection and early state development in two additional solar markets for downstream partners.

Ensure customer understanding of, satisfaction with, and loyalty to USGBC products in the process.-Coordinate regular engagement with prospective and registered LEED ND customers to preempt any technical questions or other barriers to progress.-Offer white glove treatment to high profile customers interested in USGBC products, including large real estate development firms, representatives of the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup, and the U.S. government.-Serve as subject matter expert for all customer inquiries related to sustainable master-planned development.**TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT**-Analyze registration and certification trends to improve goal-setting, revenue targets, rating system processes, and to inform development of product solutions that address common barriers to customer success and satisfaction.
