During my employment as the exercise referral specialist I worked with many different clients with all sorts of conditions, this had made me more rounded as an instructor and person by putting myself in others shoes. I also manage the wellbeing scheme which I work very closely with physiotherapist and osteopaths to deliver safe and effective plans to help rehabilitate or manage pain and conditions.

I would take fitness and spin classes for a variety of ability’s and ages for the summer. It was fantastic experience delivering classes to a variety of ages ranging from young children to adults, especially tailoring each of the classes to the appropriate clientele. During my time I learned a lot about, delivery of classes and improved my ability to take group training, In addition to this is also helped organise and run a couple of the many of the sporting events on camp which was a fantastic opportunity to show my organising qualities.
