Adam is an experienced property professional and business leader with a successful history of project delivery throughout Australia and the United Kingdom. He is a proven leader having led complex, large scale infrastructure projects through his capacity as Senior Project Manager and Project Director. Adam is recognised for his strengths in leadership and service delivery, having won a number of industry awards for his project execution. He has a proven ability to develop effective relationships with clients and partners, building high performing teams to deliver great outcomes in complex environments. Throughout Adams career, he has delivered across a number of infrastructure sectors including Industrial, Manufacturing, Defence, Justice, Health, Aged Care and International Sporting Facilities. In addition to his project work, he is a proven business leader having held a number of management positions within large organisations. Adam led the Project and Program Management business for Sinclair Knight Merz and later Jacobs in Southern Australia for 3 years. This position was responsible for all aspects of business management and during his tenure he continued the growth of the business while maintaining stretched targets. As a result, Adam was shortlisted for the National Young Business Executive in the 2015 Australian Financial Review BOSS Magazine Awards.
