I fulfilled a Financial Controller Analyst role as part of a large £180M insurance claims transformation programme. key responsibilities include:• Processing large amounts of information and data.• Working with programme / project leads to identify gaps and resolve any financial ambiguity.• Weekly meeting facilitation to showcase financial reports to Senior Programme Directors. • Creation and maintenance of programme wide automated financial tracker in Excel.• Creation of monthly financial reporting processes.• Creating of information communication pack documenting financial process across the programme.• Maintenance of a detailed view of the programme committed costs Vs actual costs.• Collection, co-ordination, analysis and distribution of financial management information (MI) for the programme ensuring the information required is available, accurate and on time. • Management of financial RAID, reported to head of PM/PMO on a weekly basis.• Contribution of financial updates into the Programme reporting packs for the attention of senior executive stakeholders.• Accountable for the management of Programme Re-baselining.• Accountable for the management of Programme drawdowns.• Day to day management of invoicing and related processes.• Day to day management of Statements of Work.• Day to day management of ARIBA orders and alignment to invoicing.
