In my educational practice - both in teaching and in leading - I am The Bar. I love seeing educational communities commit to visions of excellence and hold each other accountable to new levels of success. However, I often find that even the clearest visions of success are difficult to put into practice, and even more difficult to sustain. I'm on a mission to help driven educational communities realize their loftiest academic and interpersonal goals - not through a continuous cycle of policy churn and top-down change, but by developing relationships that encourage each member of the community to reach their highest potential.
