I have worked in the property preservation field for over 25 years covering the largest markets in the United States. MPI offers full maintenance and rehab services for bank owned properties in over 20 states. I was president of the National Association of Mortgage Field Servicers (NAMFS) for two terms representing members including GSEs, servicers, and property preservation professionals which had a membership over 40,000 people at the time. I also served on the NAMFS board for 12 years. MPI mobilized and was first on the ground for Hurricane Katrina where we were able to help with the rescue and account for houses that had literally been moved down the street. My documentation pictures were used at HUD/FEMA meetings to keep the directors assessed of the damage and recovery effort. We strategically position ourselves to be available for routine maintenance, rehab efforts, special projects and disasters of all sizes, in all types of geographical areas.I am also a sought after speaker at various industry events as well as related financial venues. As a public speaker, I enjoy continually researching and exploring economic patterns and cycles and how they affect and relate to the housing industry and economy as a whole.
